- 50 ml The Alpinist Swiss Premium Vodka

- 30 ml Coffee Liqueur
- 7.5 ml Simple Syrup (recipe below)
- Heavy Cream
- For the garnish: Nutmeg
Add simple syrup, coffee liqueur, vodka and some ice to your glass. Stir it for about 10 seconds. Add your expanded cream and layer it on your cocktail. Garnish with some nutmeg.
Recipe for Simple Syrup
- 125 g sugar
- 125 ml hot water
Combine sugar and water in a medium bowl. Stir with a spatula to dissolve sugar completely. Transfer to glass bottle and reserve in refrigerator.
