Apart from the casks, the special climate conditions of Central America also play a role. The longer the storage period, the darker the rum. It develops aromas and acquires specific undertones, giving it more polish and individuality over time. The result: nuanced and peerless products with differing degrees of maturation. The Alpinist and its subsidiary Ron Volcán S.A. based in Panama invite you to participate in the experience of rum maturation. Together with our experts and master blenders, we buy high-quality rum that has already been laid down from different vintages for further storage in a bonded warehouse and carry out regular quality checks. You have the option of purchasing one or several 200-litre casks of a particular vintage. The offer contemplates different storage times, depending on the recommended degree of maturation.
